Storming Web

Privacy notice

Last updated: 10 September 2026

This notice covers the personal data collected through the contact form on this website, pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

Stormingweb S.r.l.s., Via Monte Peloso 25, 00189 Roma (RM), Italy — VAT no. 18576861001. For any request concerning your data you can write to info@stormingweb.it or, by certified mail, to stormingweb@pec.it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, your email address, optionally the name of your company or organisation, the type of project and the text of your message. The site uses no profiling cookies and carries no advertising trackers. The one technical cookie it sets remembers the language you chose and does nothing else.

Why we process it

To read your request and answer it — that is, to act on your enquiry ahead of a possible contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box in the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). We do not use it to send you advertising and we do not pass it on to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as it takes to handle the request and any follow-up, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last exchange — unless the contact leads to a contract, in which case the statutory retention periods for contractual and tax records apply.

Where it is stored

Your message reaches our mailbox and stays on the servers of our email provider and of the site's hosting provider, who act as data processors and are located within the European Union. No transfer to third countries is envisaged.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent at any moment without affecting what was done before. An email to info@stormingweb.it is enough: we reply within one month. If you believe your data is being handled improperly you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
