You will not find three tiers named after precious metals, where the first one exists only to make the second look reasonable. There is a starting point — essential by choice, not by corner-cutting — and from there you add only what you actually need.

And every year?
The domain and the web space are yours: registered in your name and paid by you, straight to the provider, just as you already do for your mailbox. We do not resell them and we add no markup; if you do not have them yet, we will tell you what to get. From us there is no fee at all: a static site has no plugins to update and no control panel to defend, so nothing reaches you after delivery.
Why prices vary
Why we write "from"
A website can cost €99 or €30,000, and the difference is not the number of pages. "From" is not bait to make you call: it is the real price of a showcase site when the content already exists and the structure is the standard one. Everything you add beyond that is more work, and we would rather tell you up front what it weighs.

from +€90If you give us the texts, the starting price stays as it is. If we write them, after interviewing you and learning how you speak to your customers, the writing time counts.

from +€150A clean, orderly structure is included. Illustrations, animations, a logo to redo or a layout drawn from scratch are separate crafts and they show up in the total.

A typical WordPress site drags along a theme and a few paid plugins, to be renewed every year forever. Here the code is written for you and it does not expire.

There is no admin panel to patch every month so nobody breaks into it: the pages are files, and a file has no front door.

A static site runs on any cheap web space and takes a television appearance without blinking, because it has nothing to compute on each visit.

The domain is registered in your name and we hand over the files. If one day you change supplier, you take everything with you without asking anyone.

When a static site is the wrong choice
If one of these is your case, a static site would feel tight within a month. We would rather say so now than sell you the wrong thing.

How can you do it for €99?
Because at that price the longest part of the work is not there: you write the texts, the structure is one we have already tested, and the code is ours, so we buy no themes and no plugins to renew. There is no admin panel to keep patched either, which is why we do not charge you a fee. When you compare two quotes, the warning sign is not the figure: it is the quote that does not say what it covers, and does not say what you pay from the second year on.
How long until it is online?
One or two weeks from the moment we have the texts and the images. The long part is not the code: it is gathering the content, and that depends on you more than on us.
Can I edit it myself?
We make the text changes, usually the same day: on a small site the first ones are included. But if you picture yourself editing pages every week, then you need a site with an admin panel: it costs more and it has to be maintained, and that is worth knowing before you start.
Is the site mine?
Yes. Domain in your name, files handed over, no lock-in period. We hold nothing hostage.
Do you issue invoices?
Always: we are an Italian S.r.l.s. with a VAT number. The prices on this page are net of VAT; for how to treat the expense in your books, ask your accountant.
How is it paid?
Half when the quote is accepted and half on publication, by bank transfer. Before the quote is accepted we ask for nothing, and the quote itself is free.
